We specialize in providing complete financial management and contracted Chief Financial Officer services to federally funded community health centers across northern and central California. Our services cover the gamut of their financial reporting needs from the preparation of internal financial statements to Medicare cost reports, from annual agency budgeting to federal grant application budget forms. We work with and support their independent auditors, managing the audit process from the agency side.
We assist in the establishment of reimbursement rates for Medicaid and Medicare services, working with Medicare agencies and the state of California’s Department of Health Care Services. We represent the organizations for whom we work at statewide conferences and seminars. We work closely with the organizations’ management teams and Boards of Directors, presenting financial results in a variety of ways.
In addition to these federally qualified health centers (FQHC’s), we provide financial reporting, bookkeeping, and payroll services to a wide variety of individuals and businesses in the local area.
We also provide complete tax reporting services, including the preparation of annual information returns for non-profit organizations (Form 990), and income tax returns for all taxable forms of business entities, individuals, estates, and trusts.
